How to Return
Initiate Return
Log into your account and go to your orders. Click "Return Item" on the order you want to return.
Pack Items
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Ship Package
Drop off the package at the designated courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect your return.
If you paid via bank transfer, please provide your bank details when initiating the return for faster processing.
